Court is held on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 7:00 pm of every month in the 1st Floor Court Room of the Genevieve D. Staley Civic Center.

New York Town and Village Courts have criminal jurisdiction over all misdemeanors, violations and infractions together with arraignment and preliminary jurisdiction over felonies.
