Building Permit- $30 permit fee + $6.00 per 100 Sq. Ft. + $45 per inspection.
– Uninhabitable buildings $30 + $3.00 per 100 Sq. Ft. And $44 per inspection.
Deck Permit- $3.00 per 100 Sq. Ft.
Swimming Pool Permit- $60.00 for above ground pool.
-$120 for inground pool.
Wood Burning Device permit/inspection- $50.00
Temporary C/O -$100.00
Permit Renewal- 100% of original permit fee.
Application for the construction of a new Septic System- $75.00
Application for a modification(repair) of a Septic System- $50.00
